I threw this wreath together in just a few minutes last Christmas. I took a round wreath form from Walmart ($2-$4) and a large, white feather boa from JoAnn’s. I think the Boa was $10.00 regularly, but as you probably know, if you are on JoAnn’s mailing list, you always have your monthly 40% off coupon, so I used mine for this. (I’ve also seen boas at the Dollar Tree from time to time, as well.) Then I just wrapped and tucked the boa around the wreath form. I used a few pieces of wire to secure a few places, but that’s about it. Voila!
